About Us
Owner and Founder Matt Heil was born and raised on a dairy and ginseng farm in rural Wisconsin. He worked as a steam pipe fitter before attending the University of Wisconsin - Platteville, where graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for some very reputable companies over the past 20 years.

Owner Fred Bachmann is extremely successful in all of his companies from Bachmann Pools and Spas to his resort The Stay Spa and Bachmann Construction. Fred has been in the construction industry for over 35 years and joined DMC with eager excitement to use his past experience and help customers with their construction and management needs.

DMC (Direct Management Company) was founded after receiving multipule requests for construction management services after the design portion had been completed. At the same time, they were getting frequent requests to install turn key PLC control systems.
